Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalari talabalar bilimini nazorat qilish, baholash tizimidagi islohotlar va ta’lim sifati va samaradorligini oshirish yo’lida xorijiy ilg’or tajribalarni o’rganish, xalqaro standartlar talablarining joriy etilishi va amaliyotga tadbiq qilish haqida fikr-mulohazalar bayon etish bilan birgalikda baholash tizimi haqida hsm bayon etilgan.
