Abstract

Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqola axborot texnologiyalarida issiqlik tarqalishi va boshqaruvining muhimligini o'rganadi. Elektron qurilmalarning samarali ishlashi va uzoq muddatli ishonchliligini ta'minlash uchun issiqlikni boshqarish texnologiyalari, jumladan, aktiv va passiv sovutish usullari, termal interfeys materiallari, va sovutish tizimlari muhokama qilinadi. Maqolada ma'lumot markazlari va yuqori quvvatli elektron qurilmalarda issiqlik tarqalishini optimallashtirish uchun yangi texnologiyalar va metodlar yoritiladi. Bu texnologiyalar va usullar yordamida issiqlik boshqaruvi samaradorligi oshirilib, axborot tizimlarining barqaror ishlashi ta'minlanadi.
