СТРУКТУРА ЛЕТАЛЬНЫХ ИСХОДОВ ПАЦИЕНТОВ С ТЯЖЕЛЫМИ ЧЕРЕПНО-МОЗГОВЫМИ ТРАВМАМИ

Abstract
Резюме: В статье проанализированы основные причины летальных исходов у 15 пациентов, поступивших в отделение реанимации многопрофильной клиники ТМА с тяжелыми черепно-мозговыми травмами в 2022-2023 г.г. Летальность составила 21,4%. Анализ показал наличие трех механизмов танатогенеза в зависимости от сроков летального исхода.
